Unawatuna Beach Resort, or UBR is one of the oldest and best-known beach resorts in Sri Lanka, established in 1982. It is the only star class, full service hotel in Unawatuna, and has the longest beach frontage in Unawatuna of 135 meters. It has the only swimming pool in Unawatuna, the only Jacuzzis, the only animation program, and the largest F&B area with dining options for up to 350 pax and fully licensed bar.
